I am not a resident of 1st District of Davao; I’m from Buhangin, a 2nd District place. But it doesn’t mean I don’t give a damn with Nograles the Younger (mal)practices. in fact, i do. I hate watching Tatak K–a program designed to bloat the image of Nograles the Younger.
